Replacement Parts Returns

You may return replacement parts purchased from Brozelonuevonul within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The part must be in its original, unused condition
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Electrical components must not show signs of installation or use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Parts that have been installed or used
  • Custom-ordered or special-order parts
  • Parts purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Parts that show signs of damage caused by the customer
  • Consumable items such as filters or cleaning supplies

Wrong Part Exchanges

If you received the wrong part or if our team helped select a part that does not fit your appliance, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please bring the part along with your receipt to our workshop within 30 days of purchase.

Defective Parts

If you receive a defective part, please contact us immediately. We will replace the defective part at no charge or provide a full refund. Defective parts should be returned within 14 days of discovery of the defect.

Repair Service Satisfaction

All repair services are covered by our 90-day warranty. If you experience issues with a repair we performed:

  • Contact us as soon as you notice the problem
  • Bring the appliance back to our workshop
  • We will re-examine and fix the issue at no additional cost if covered under warranty

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned part, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Restocking Fee

Parts returned in original condition within 30 days are not subject to a restocking fee. However, parts returned with damaged packaging or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.
